Our aim is to help you make the most of Dartmoor and keep fit whilst walking with us in our groups, as a 1:1 or as a private group with your friends, exploring the area, finding new walks and meeting new friends.
We love Dartmoor and the outdoors and are sure you will too. Not only is the outdoors a great way to exercise your body, but is also great for your mind and wellbeing.
We have regular weekly walks that you can join to walk with or without Nordic Walking Poles. Nordic Walking poles enhance your walk by propelling you along, helping to keep you stable, using your upper body and toning those muscles as you walk, with the added benefit of making hills easier and burning up to 25% more calories.
You can learn the technique of Nordic Walking as a 1:1, in a group with your friends as a private session.
